Please ensure that all garments remain unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your Mokshaa account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice and all brand tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Pickup

  Choose a convenient time slot for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at an authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
